The musettes were very well made, good colour match, for early war French. one small issue the strap is slightly too short when comparing with a couple of originals in my collection.

I’m very happy with the French haversack as it is dead on with the original one I have. The material and hardware look exactly right. The only thing I can’t give a comparison of is the color as the original I have is so faded and grungy, that I have no idea what it looked like when it was issued.

I've no reference as to the historical accuracy of the Haversack. It looks pretty good compared with internet sourced photographs. The construction and materials in the items I received are very good. I'm very happy with these items.
