The subject replica WWII cloth flying helmet arrived when expected and without incident. The workmanship on the product was excellent.
The size was correct, but the ear cups are 1/2" high on me making them a little awkward to wear over an in-the-ear Clarity Aloft headset. Removing the replica headphones and replacing it with a properly shaped piece of foam solved that problem

I was impressed with the flight helmet. The only small thing was the position of the ear cups where the communication leads protrude. The position should be facing more to the rear, as it does make the wearing a little uncomfortable.

But apart from that a very very good job on the reproduction of the flight helmet.

This helmet is spot on accurate! It is as good as an original. Fits perfect and the attention to detail is great. The receivers and loom make it about as perfect as it can get. Once again Jerry, you never dissappoint and do a great job.

An accurate reproduction of the real thing. It's a core element of my representation of my Granddad in VF-8 flying Hellcats. It fits well; order your size or a notch higher. The finish on the inner earcups is a little fragile/flaky, so be careful when inserting headsets. In all, it's a great item and an authentic reproduction.

I am very impressed with this flight helmet. As close to 100% accurate as you can get without buying the real thing.
The delivery was extremly fast as well. Service and product was so good I have decided to order the AN 6530 goggles to go with it.
