Having owned a pair of the 68 Pattern DPM trousers for several weeks I was intending to wait a little longer before buying the smock. However I displayed the breaking strain of a KitKat and the smock was delivered this morning. The same high quality as the trousers, I ordered one size up from by measured, a 44" rather than 42" to give me a little more room and it's exactly as I'd hoped for. The only tweaking I've done is to tidy up the ends of the ties on the hood, the waist and the bottom of the smock and apply a little heat to the ends to melt them so as to prevent them fraying. I've worn it out and about today and I'm very happy with it.

Very well made and authentic smock. When lined up with my original the pattern, finish, and details are perfect. But this one is sized to fit North American shoulders. Ordered a size up to compensate for shrinkage. Very happy with this smock, and looks superb with jeans.
