This scabbard compares favorably to my original and is an outstanding reproduction! I would recommend wiping down with an oiled rag to remove any brown leather dye residue, otherwise perfect!

This scabbard is almost too nice to use. A bit of grinding to do on the catches in order for my bayonet to clip in. Otherwise its perfect.

I''m very happy with this scabbard. The leather quality and worksmanship is great plus you can''t beat the price. Wipe it down with a rag before letting it touch web gear though. There is some excess dye that could rub off.
