Awesome value and service. Pity some idiots need to moan about being heavy...THEY ARE RUBBERIZED CANVAS.....of course they are heavy!

When I pulled the rain cape out of the box I was pleased to see that it looked like it was brand new and never been issued. The fold creases were very strong from years of storage. The only issue I have with it to warrent not giving it a 5 is that the top button for the neck is too tight for my 17" neck, so in a down pour that so many living histories have, I am exposed to the rain to below my collar bones (where the second botton is located. This prevents me from using the collar effectively, but the cape as a whole does work the way it is supposed to.
