I'll start by saying that I liked and am comfortable with my shorts. Even if what I point out is ignored, I'd still buy them.
But a few things to point out. Let's start with the belt buckles. These are small, square and thin. As a result the edges, though sharp, could very well fray and wear the belt straps. Surely this is an easy fix. My other objection is the Brass buttons used throughout. These may be due to wanting to achieve authenticity and be close to the original. If not so, dull plastic buttons would be my preference. But, again, I'm quite happy with them. And oh, BTW the advice to order them one or maybe two sizes bigger is spot on.
Overall, I like my shorts and will be ordering more.
Sizes, so they'll fit.

I outgrew my first pair of kd British shorts and needed a new pair. I swear the cut has improved since the last time I got these 5 years ago. The brass buttons still slice your flesh under the hot desert sun, just like the originals! Very quick service, thanks again Jerry!

I ordered these shorts in size 46 for my 44" waist. They were much too large, so I put them in a large pot of boiling water and boiled them for about two hours, and then laid them out flat to dry, in the sun. This process, followed by a regular machine wash and drying in the tumble dryer has shrunk them quite well. They are still a 'little bit' on the large side, but that is quite okay, as my weight (and waistline) tends to fluctuate over the course of the year. I will get another pair in size 44 and then I will be set for year round wear and weight fluctuations. The quality of the product is otherwise excellent. A great reproduction.

Great, comfortable summer shorts! Hoping a Jungle Green variety will show up here eventually. My only concern is the slight roughness of the metal waist buckles, which will cause an excess of wear & tear on the straps over time. Like most stuff here, a size up from what you usually wear.

Would like see additions of safari type clothes as the old Willis Geiger had.
If the manufacturer can reproducer period military pieces, than period safari clothing should be a short hop to produce.
