Definitely order one size larger if not two! Wear 32-34 ordered 36 based on reviews. Cold wash and dry and had minimal but some shrinkage. Tried putting on over some shorts as a windproof but no go. My WPG US HBT trousers in 36 easily fit over my size 32 wool trousers but these don't even come close to going over my Rhodie shorts if needed. Color is great but I'm sure my "correct" size would have been too small/tight so if you do order a pair, go big if not bigger! These are definitely not high waisted either as they sit just below my navel and just barely above my hips.

These "SAS" trousers are a different cut & pattern to the Combat trousers. Much slimmer with a lower rise for the same size i.e. I found that in my correct waist size they are tight around the thighs. So I ordered this new pair - one size up. Fits better & due to the drawstring waist it can be adjusted to fit nicely. Well satisfied.
