Sorely needed and well made. (5/16/2023)
The comforter was a QMC prduction for CCC use, and then adopted for Army use in barracks, to augment the blankets in colder climes. Especially with blanket shortage in 1940 mobilization. WPGs copy is great, although not exact. The shell is the correct light OD/pea green color, and a strong but somewhat lighter fabric. The filler is synthetic vs cotton batting ... but can't be seen, and feels the same. Probably warmer! Dimensions and construction match the original, and the QMC tag is a great detail. This is HIGHLY recommended for anyone doing CCC, as well as pre-early stateside Army.
