I first came across this type of TAP (47/56) when I was working in Africa many years ago. Now I live in the part of SE Asia that used to be French Indo China so it fits into both! I am 6'1" (188cm) 200 lbs (95kg) and I usually wear a 44 chest. I bought 46L. I washed it in cold water & dried it on a hanger but it still shrank down a size, so it's a bit snug now. Leangth stayed the same. Contruction is very good, and accurately copies the original.
