I wear a 44 jacket, so I ordered a 46. Its a little loose just like I wanted so when I wash it, it should fit just right.

Ordered a 40. I wear a 40L in modern military dress uniforms. Sleeve length is great right now, but will wash in cold and air dry to minimize additional shrinking. The chest is just right to be worn over a shirt, but not be a trash bag in fit. Very happy.
