Another part of the Palmer brace system that I'm getting together for museum and other demonstrations. Looks great--construction is very sturdy and looks to be dead-on compared to photographs of the original.

I got this to mate with my M1874 Haversack of another maker no longer in business, who made items for museums. This matches very well, and comes with ideal details often over-looked.

The type I clothing bag is outstanding! Been waiting a long time for this and other 1870s items and it was worth the wait. From the blue lined canvas used to construct the bag to the true rubber coated outer flap this is a true reproduction of an American icon. I highly recommend this and other components of WPGs 1874 equipment system.
