This shirt is, in a word, FANTASTIC! The dense cotton weave is very soft. Stitching is great. I didn't know that these had the sleeve tabs and buttons. I thought that was a much later addition, very nice. I used to take a 44 but went up one size to a 46 and it fits great. Remember, you may have gained weight, like me. So measure.
