Price is a great, construction is good. I love this coat. I did get two sizes larger than my normal coat size so its a bit large but figured I wanted it roomy to go over other cold weather garments. I would say based on that it runs about true to size.

Very fast service - 3 days, and it fits well over all of the other items worn when it is cold outside; sweater & coat. Warm. I need the sleeve folded back about 1/4 " because of shorter arm length, but it is easy to roll up on the sleeve seam. Over sized to fit all of the above clothing. Very good value.
