I'm phobic about dressing my sabers. Correct , fine condition originals, even repl, are near impossible to find for most applications. This strap covers a lot of ground. Mineral oil mixed with a little neatsfoot and you can shade these all the way to a deep chocolate brown. Good craftmanship and a great price.

The leather work is superb. Can't say that I have ever seen a real one, but this certainly is in the running for it!
