I don't know about Kohler's XL fitting his 6 foot 185 lbs. Must like it baggy. My Large fits me well and I am 6-1, 220. Over a dress shirt and T shirt the sleeve is perfect length, shoulders great, upper sleeve not tight. Thought the body length might be a bit short but if worn with a belt at proper height I think there should be a proper amount of sweater below that to avoid the wrath of the Sah Major.
