Great shirt but do shrink

High quality heavy cotton shirt. As advertised in the reviews, i orded a size up to allow for shrinkage,
Shoulder to shoulder stayed the same17 to
The colar went from 17inches to 16.
The sleeve lenght did shrink ending at 20inches from armpit to armpit. So my advise is wash in cold ifvyou do not want to shrink

I originally bought this type of shirt from a different seller in the UK and it was nowhere near the described size and looked tacky, so I imported this shirt to the UK. I ordered my size, and it fit perfectly, the material looks great, and the shipping was rapid. Surprisingly well-insulated as well for a summer shirt.
