Last night I went down to the post office and picked up a package that they had for me. It was my Gordon Highlanders 22oz kilt from What Price Glory and two pair of hose. The package was supposed to be here on Wednesday of last week when it had not arrived I emailed Jerry at WPG and he was able to track it down and help me find my package, Jerry is great to work with. All I can say is these kilts are incredibly heavy and warm, and so far it has been a joy to wear it in our weather I can see wearing this kilt often this winter, I decided to put a simple military style kilt pin on this kilt as it is a military style kilt. The all wool hose are very nice as well. Here are the photos.

If you need a heavy kilt for the winter this is the one for you it''s almost like an oven in this thing.

I just received this thick and warm kilt. It''s great: very well built and substantial. The knife pleating to the yellow stripe is well done. With the shipping box weighing in at 5 lbs, the kilt must be over 4.5 lbs by itself: definitely "regimental weight". That''s a lot of wool! Service was very fast and conscientious as well. I bought a 24" length, which actually measures 23.5" and that worked out great for me.
