Canuck Boots (2013-08-23)
Very nice!! Well made, and the price can''t be beat. Only issue is the laces, but that''s hardly even an issue. Very pleased.

One of the worst replica''s I ever saw (2013-08-03)
I ordered the boots about a half year ago but from the moment I unpacked it it didn''t look just the deal. The ''shine'' on the boots are totally different than the originals and I guess they even use the wrong leather. The quality itself is pretty poor too. I saw on the receipt it was made in India, that mostly says enough and it indeed did. The boots already showed deep scars after one event of use ! The black leather paint is also coming off and the shoelaces are also hard to tie because they let loose after a few minutes. My recommendation for reenactors is to better spend a few dollars more and buy good originals instead, of you care about authenticity ofcourse.....

Yes, they have HOBNAILS (2013-07-19)
These are some incredibly sturdy boots! I use them for my Great Patriotic War Soviet impression, as the British lend-leased the Commies this type of boot. I am a size 9, and this boot fits perfectly, with room for a modern insole. The leather is thick and the stitching is tight. The heel plates are held on with square headed nails, and the toe plate is screwed into the leather. I spent over 200 dollars for supposedly custom Soviet low boots from another vendor and they are not in the same league as WPGs.
