US - Exemption from import duties

Dear Valued US Customers,

Due to recent changes in US customs regulations, the previous exemption from import duties for orders up to $800 has been removed. Over 90% of orders are shipped from our UAE central warehouse, where imports are now subject to US import duties.

Please note that each package will go through customs clearance and will be liable for duties and handling charges. As per our general terms and conditions, import duties and clearance charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the receiving customer, not WPG. These fees are typically collected by the courier or at the time of delivery, in accordance with standard import procedures.

We are working closely with our courier partners to monitor how these changes will be implemented, including any potential customs handling charges and impacts on delivery times.
